our mission
The White Rose Foundation, Inc., is a volunteer-powered nonprofit committed to improving the educational, social, and economic welfare of disadvantaged minorities in the Denver metro area.
The White Rose Foundation, Incorporated, was founded in Denver, Colorado, on January 17, 2007 by members of the Denver Chapter, The Links, Incorporated, as a private 501(c) (3) organization formed for charitable and educational purposes.
Since 2009, The White Rose Foundation has provided grants to the Denver (CO) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated to help fund their signature “Stepping into the Future” Umbrella Program at Hallett Fundamental Academy, an inner-city neighborhood school located in the Park Hill area of Denver. The school serves a high-risk student population, including a 96% minority rate with 84% of the students receiving free or reduced lunch services.
On July 14, 2016, The White Rose Foundation participated as an Exhibitor in the “Women Powering Change 2016” Conference sponsored by The Women’s Foundation of Colorado. This annual Conference is a celebration highlighting and connecting Colorado women creating change locally and globally.
The White Rose Foundation Endowment Fund welcomes contributions to its Endowment Fund to help it fund the community service activities of the Denver (CO) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated and to provide grants to non-profit community organizations throughout the Denver metropolitan area and the state of Colorado.
